Fuente Triangle Realty Development Corporation (FTRDC) was incorporated in 2006 as a subsidiary of J. King & Sons Company, Inc. with core business in real estate on land development, building commercial and residential condominiums, shopping malls, adventure/leisure parks and leasing. It is Chairman, Engr. Richard King had that vision and acumen to conceptualize a lifestyle in a changing environment where he successfully transformed his idea by integrating it with real estate. FTRDC’s initial project is the Ultima Residences Tower 3 of the Fuente Towers. It is a twenty seven (27) floor building with 351 residential and 99 commercial units located in Central, Metro Cebu. Tower 3 is linked through sky bridge with Club Ultima, a leisure and health, fitness club with unique, modern state of the art amenities. The club membership is a privilege extended to all its condominium clients/investors. Part of the entitlement is free room night stay to any Crown Regency Hotels & Resorts nationwide and to more than 2,900 hotels & resort worldwide through Interval International (II). Because of this, the value of every member's property is thoroughly enhanced. After the success of Tower 3, more projects commenced. Hereunder are the updates and future plans.
A). The Ultima Residences Ramos Tower located at F. Ramos Street in Cebu City
Ramos Tower is a 33-storey condominium ideally located in a busy district of the city. With its central location and price, the residential units are now 99% sold out. Homeowners, occupants and lessees love their studio units with balconies and windows offering an unimpeded view of the urban and its neighboring islands. Condo owners have the option to join the condotel operated by the City Suites Condotel Management Corp., an affiliate of Crown Regency Hotels & Resorts.
B). CityLoft located at Maxilom Avenue, Cebu City-
CityLoft is a mid-rise 18-storey residential condominium with 393 finished units. It is strategically located beside the Sacred Heart School for boys, close to Escario Street and Gorordo Avenue. City Loft has studio type residential condominiums, with balconies designed for ultimate urban living and floor areas ranging from 18 - 29, to 30 square meters. After its successful excavation phase, pre-selling of the units has begun. With its full-speed construction, Cityloft is expected to rise the earliest by the last quarter of 2014.
C). The Ultima Prime, Fuente Tower 4, at Osmena Blvd, Cebu City-
Fuente Tower 4 is a 27-storey high-end residential condominium - the fourth icon of the Fuente Tower. It features 95 loft-type units boasting modern and innovative designs. The loft-type residential units will only have seven units per floor density that will show off an aura of exclusive ambiance. Ultima Prime Tower 4 will be linked by a sky bridge to Club Ultima-Tower 2, and to Tower 1, Crown Regency Hotel. Thus, this newest city wonder will give condo owners convenient full access to the club and hotel facilities and amenities.
D). Crown Regency Resort and Convention Center (CRRCC), Station 2, Boracay Island-
Crown Regency Resort & Convention Center (CRRCC) started up in a four-hectare land property, now expanding to its adjacent lands possibly to become a contiguous property of close to 12 hectares with beautiful, white sand cove of the Bulabog beach. The complex also encompasses Boracay’s circumferential road, which is the main arterial road of the island.
By the end of the second quarter of 2012, the condotel project will be 70% completed and 60% operational. Complementing its partial opening, facilities and amenities which are now operational are Pricelite Outlet Store, the Lobby Lounge - which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the Chinese restaurant (Wang Shan Lo), the Kiddie Pool and the Wave Rider Surfing Pool. The 3rd floor function halls are already open which can accommodate up to 400 persons and were initialized during the 3rd Asian Facial Plastic Surgery Society Congress last May 2012.
Last June 2012, the $ 2million (US) Shark Marine Aquarium, an expected crowd drawer, started the aquarium panel setup under the supervision of foreign aquarist consultants.
The buildings, with multipurpose function rooms that can accommodate 1,600 persons, will be in full operation before the end of the year.
Making waves also this year is the 1,800 square meter wave swimming pool featuring simulated tsunami waves. When finished; it will be the largest swimming pool on the island. To add to the good life offered, a fifty (50) room medical spa facilities shall be put up at the future site of Crown Regency Garden and Spa Resort with a complete full gym facility.
The Adventure Park with Team Building facilities, rides and various attractions to be placed at the back of the resort shall complete to the development of the complex. It will include a mini zoo, golf practice driving range, and all terrain vehicles with go karts and driving course.
From the original 482 units of the condotel, it has now increased to 530 units as building plans were revised to accommodate more rooms. And an additional 400 standard rooms are now in the drawing board to be constructed next to the convention center and planned to be named, the Crown Regency Garden and Spa Resort.
